  • I have been having Bob the Bug Man come to my house for 6 years now. I cannot put it in enough words, how amazingly wonderful this company is to work with!   • The staff and technicians are very dedicated. I've wrote a number of emails explaining my bug bite concern and they always responded promptly. Seeing I was in a panic Bob called me on weekend solely to calm and educate me about bed bugs. Bob inspected my apartment thoroughly and carefully from bedroom, bathroom to living room and shown dense knowledge about what to look for (i.e. door gaps, closet corners, weak spots in wood fiber) - there was no secret: Bob would explain all the science. I scheduled treatment service from Bob (his plan was 3 chemical treatments, consistent with what many pest control company do. What's used are Silica dust, Growth Regulator, Dual action insecticide spray with residual protection). Each treatment is spaced out every 2 weeks. During treatment the technician educated me of the extermination strategy and the rationale behind the mode of action of each chemical used as well as their safetyness. After the first treatment the improvement was obvious as I no longer wake up to itchy bites during sleep (though I got decreasingly intermittent bites - understandably it's gonna take some time to eliminate all bed bug through residual action). Overall: very friendly, knowledgeable and professional people to work with. Price is very fair/competitive compared to other pest control companies in the area.
